Production time:
For 130% density, it can be shipped out in 1-2 businessdays. 
For high density wig, It need 3-5 business days.
If you want a lager or small cap, It need 2-4 business days. 
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
Shipping Fee
Normally all of our wigs are free shipping, But recently we launch wig accessories on our online shop with affordable price, We have to limit on shipping fee.
Over $49 free shipping worldwide. Almost all of the hair products are still free shipping. 
For the shipping time, we choose express delivery service, But due to the virus, maybe there will be delay than usual. We can't guarantee the shipping time completely. Hope you could kindly understand.

AUTOMATIC RETURNS
If the signature service is requested , there will be a $25 shipping cost for reshipment if the package is returned back to sender.
If the signature request is waived or you have signature exemption agreement with FedEx, DHL or TNT, So Good Hair will no longer be responsible for any lost or damage of the package.
All the international shipping orders and orders with high value products are signature requested.
All the automatic returns will incur a $25 restocking fee for monetary refund.

Please write your correct email address and preferably your contact number so that we could contact you.
Orders returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address you will be responsible for additional $25 shipping charges.

  • * Must have tags attached and in original packaging.
  • * Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date of the order.

  • * The frontal lace was cut or damaged.

  • HOW TO RETURN:
  • * Email support@sogoodhair.com within 14 days after receiving your package to make an application for exchange.
  • 1. Please email us with photos of the hair for our reference. We will reply with return instructions after confirming it's in consistency with our policies.
  • 2. We can offer one-time exchange without restocking fee for the items that have not been worn or tampered with. But the customers will be required to pay the shipping fee of sending the item back to us. After we have received the returned package from you we will then ship the exchanged item for free.
  • 3. For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.
  • 4. Customers will have to pay customs fee resulted from not following our return instructions.

 

  • For Rush Exchange:
  • 1. You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back.
  • 2. Place a new order online, we will prepare the new hair while waiting for the return. Your new hair will be shipped to you after it is finished.
  • 3. When we receive the returned product in original condition, we'll issue the refunds or store credit that has the delay.

 

  • Repair Policy:
  • 1. Every customer can enjoy a one-time free repairing service within after-sale three months (except the damage caused by improper use ).
  • 2. Repair services after 2 months will be charged a fee that depends on what kind of repair needs to be done.
  • 3. Please email support@sogoodhair.com with pictures before you return it we have to make sure whether it can be repaired.
  • 4. We will initially determine the cause based on the photos, specific reasons and repair methods will be given after wig is received and checked by professional staff.
  • 5. The repair costs will be on the customers if the damage is the result of inappropriate use
  • 6. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • Shipping agency Service :
  • Due to COVID-19 government policy, It always take long time(at least 14 days detention time at customs warehouse) and high Custom duty, If you want rush return or exchange, We offer shipping agency service, The cost base on which country the wig return.  For details please contact our customer service girl.
